Stop 93 is one of the higher-numbered waypoints on an Everglades observation route, indicating a location well into the park's more remote stretches. The numbered route system serves as both navigation tool and invitation — each stop encourages visitors to push a little further and experience a little more of the ecosystem. At stops in this range, wildlife encounters tend to be more unhurried. Alligators sun-bathing on the path edge, anhingas spreading wings to dry on a low branch, or a limpkin probing the shallows for apple snails — these scenes play out without the interruption of crowds at the more remote stops.
